Service Support

PAN India presence in strategic locations with energetic, reliable and knowledgeable service engineers ready to extend support to the end users in a minimum response time. Dedicated service centers in Bharuch and Hyderabad are fully equipped to handle complete overhauling of Mechanical Seals. These centers are facilitated for Retrofitting jobs and testing of mechanical seals.

Service Contract Management

The service expectations of the end-user are not the same every time, thus we are encouraging our customers to purchase the desired result they expect from a mechanical seal.

Using the Product as a Service (PaaS) module we provide extended support to the plant engineers to manage the maintenance activities while keeping the reliability high and expenditure low. Through this module the Annual Rate Contract, Annual Maintenance Contract and Annual Service contracts can be customized as per the plant requirement.
